Rating

Style - Identifies the style that will be applied to the rating field.

Cuisine

Style - Identifies the style that will be applied to the cuisine  field.

Category

Style - Identifies the style that will be applied to the category.

Format - These options determine how the categories will be formatted.  Possible choices are:

	Comma Separated - category names are printed on the same line, one after another, and with a comma separating each name.
	One per Line - each category is printed on a separate line
	Two-Column Table - categories are formatted into a two column table.

Filter Category - This feature is not yet implemented.
